Tipps

• Mac Users: Please install the prepare App into your Applications folder.
• For optimal performance, use the program within the GrandMA network. This allows direct uploads to the desk. However, most functions are available through XML export, enabling you to import files later if needed.
• Ensure the setup window (menu window) is closed on your desk when uploading patches.
• All measurements should be in “meters.” Ensure your CAD program is also set to use “meters.”
• If you are using an OnPC solution, you must set up a functioning FTP server for GrandMA2 or an SFTP server for GrandMA3.

Tipps for GrandMA2

• TelNet must be enabled on the GMA2 to access all functions.
• Syntax to import XML files into GMA2:

 Import "{filename}" at {Pool (e.g. Group/Image/Preset)} {Start Pool ID}

Tipps for GrandMA3

• Ensure that OSC is activated.
• Add two connections in the Setup/In-Out/OSC tab:
